Grace Arabella Church, age 15, passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Huntsville Womens and Childrens Hospital. Grace is survived by her parents, Jason and Christina Church, 1 sister, Sophia Church; and her grandparents: John and Wendy Stephenson and David and Young Drace.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date. The family has elected cremation.
