Virginia WilliamsVirginia Williams age 89 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 25, 1931 in Jackson County, Alabama to the late Boston and Nellie Logan Mantooth. She was a member of the Elk River Baptist Church in Decherd. In her free time, she loved to crochet, cook, work on word search puzzles, and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, her brothers, Roy Lee Mantooth, Bill Mantooth; sisters, Blanche Mathis, Margie Limbaugh, Nannie Bostick, and Reba Payne. She is survived by her loving husband of 70 and a half years, Paul Williams of Winchester; daughter, Paulette (Randy) Bradford of Winchester; grandchildren, Jason (Karen) Bradford, Allison (George) Dyer both of Winchester; great grandchildren, Austin Bradford, Abbie Bradford, Jacob Dyer, Cameron Dyer; brother, Boston (Virginia) Mantooth Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Leon Williams and Rev.
