Gloria is survived by her children; John McKinney, Charlotte Dyar, Debbie Shewbart (Doug), Randy Mckinney (Cindy). Siblings; Polly Montgomery (Rodney) and Carolyn Green. A host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren Sister in-law; Faye James; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Neal and Beulah Manley; husband Charles McKinney; brother, Dennis Manley; brothers-in-law Darryl Green and Charles James; as well as a son-in-law Michael Dyar.
Visitation will be Saturday February 27, 2021 from 1pm-2pm with the funeral service following at 2pm in the Chapel of Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, Alabama, with Bro. Joe Thorn officiating. Interment will immediately follow the funeral service at Franklin Memory Gardens.
