Jessie Walker “J.W.” Pike, age 89 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Shawn Morgan will officiate.
Mr. Pike was preceded in death by his Parents-Troy and Genary Pike; Wife-Angeline “Polly” Pike; Brothers-Hershell Pike, Sherman Pike and F.M. Pike; Sisters-Ruth Harris and Emogene “Jean” Hall.
He is survived by his Daughters-Margaret Jones (Solon) and Brenda Guthrie (Michael); Sons-Jerry Pike (Gena) and James Pike (Daphne); Sisters-Ila B. Willis and Mary Glenn; Brother-Horace Pike; Grandchildren-Jason Guthrie, Justin Jones, Jillian Guthrie, Cassidy Pike, Dylan Frye; Great Grandchildren-Devon Guthrie and Jessica Jones; Great-Great Grandchild-Bryson Walker Guthrie.
