He is survived by his Daughter; Jacqueline Lechele (Scott) Nelson, Son; Billy Dwayne (Regena) Dawson, Grandsons; Matthew, Jarrett (Jenna), and Jeremy, Granddaughter; MaKayla, Honorary Granddaughter; Robin Land, Brothers; Wayne (Karen) Dawson, Sisters; Mary (George) Gregg, Cheryl (Howard) Evans, Janice Wilbanks, Joyce (Jimbo) Grider; Many nieces and nephews, Longtime girlfriend; Hazel Dawson. William is proceeded in death by his wife; Lois Jean Anthony Dawson, parents; Arthur and Myrtle Dawson, brother; Thomas Dawson. Visitation will be held Sunday February 7th, 2021 at Rudder Funeral Home Bridgeport, from 12:00PM CST to 2:00PM CST. A Graveside service will follow at St. Bonaventure Cemetery at 2:00 PM CST.
