Mrs. Shirley Gail Atchley, age 79, of Arab, passed away at Diversicare of Boaz on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Mrs. Atchley was born on April 29, 1941 to the late Andy Russell Cowen & Elizabeth Ellenburg Smallwood. In her past time she enjoyed fishing and tending to her yard work.
Mrs. Atchley is survived by her son, Andy Ray Atchley; grandchildren, Dalton Ray Atchley, Dustin Ray (Andrea) Frachiseur, Aundria (Michael) Walley; son-in-law, Denny Frachiseur; great grandchildren, Hayden Ray Frachiseur, Holt Andrew Frachiseur, Noah Ray Walley, Madilyn Reanne Walley, Austin & Reid Walley; brother, Jimmy (Lori) Smallwood; sisters, Kathy Arrington, Patsy (Sam) Phillips.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Atchley is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Atchley; daughter, Renotta Frachiseur; daughter-in-law, Marsha Atchley; sisters, Patsy Ann (MacBlane) Ritterbush, Judy Pritchett
A memorial service will be at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Stay Free Ministry, 433 11th St SW, Arab, AL 35016.
