Tyson DeRoss Walker was born Saturday, April 21, 2001 to Roma Croom and the late James “Moose” Walker. He departed this life on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the age of 19 years, 9 months and 3 days.
In September 2008 he was baptized at Beech Spring Baptist Church. Tyson received his education in the Chester County School System and graduated May 2019 from Chester County High School.
When thinking of Tyson; polite, quite, even-tempered and comical are words that come to mind. He was outwardly easy going but a fiercely competitive youngster, especially when playing basketball. He also excelled at baseball and football. Tyson enjoyed video games, fishing, cruising the backroads and spending time with family and friends.
Tyson was preceded in death by his father, James “Moose” Walker and paternal grandparents, LeRoy and Willie Mae Walker.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Roma Croom (Deonta Hale) of Henderson, TN; siblings, Tanika Steele (Cortez) of Adamsville, TN, Jalessa Walker of Selmer, TN and Tyler Walker of Henderson, TN; grandparents, Kenneth and Bonita Croom of Henderson, TN and a host of other relatives and friends.
