Kenneth Marlin Higginbotham, 72, of Collinsville, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. Mr. Higginbotham was a construction worker and enjoyed model trains, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren who called him PawPaw.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, January 24th at Black Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to his favorite charity, St. Jude’s.
He is survived by his children, Jason Higginbotham, Cary Higginbotham, and Danielle Key and husband, Tony; brother, Darryl Higginbotham; sisters, Caroline Frazier and Donna Gladden and husband, Jerry; sister-in-law, Susan Higginbotham; 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Nora Oliver Higginbotham; brother, Wade Higginbotham; and nephew, Jeremy Higginbotham.
