Atha Lee Bolton, age 89 of Oakman, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Pleasantfield Missionary Baptist. Bro. Kenneth Wiggins will officiate.
Mrs. Bolton was preceded in death by her Husband-Paul Bolton; Father-Allen Carey; Mother-Alma Carey; Brothers-Robert Carey, A.C. Carey and Ray Carey; Sisters-Ada Lee Peters, Alta Mae Bolton and Mazie Murphrey.
She is survived by her Daughters-Beverly Mclaughlin (late Harold McLaughlin), Phyllis Kobak (Joe), Paula Scott (Kermit) and Jo Bolton; Sons-Paul Ray Bolton and Tommy Bolton; Sister-Sue Smith (Roy); Brothers-Melvin Carey (Charlene) and Loyd Carey (Carolyn); 11 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tim Sharitt, Adam Connell, H.F. Scott, Josh Key, Justin Key and Hunter Sharitt.
