Donald L. Miller, 72, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Thursday.
Don graduated from New Hope High School in 1967. He attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville before starting a 40 year career in the electronics field. He worked 20 years at Hewlett Packard and 20 years at SGI as a Support Engineer Manager.
He was preceded in death by parents, Arthur and Lois Miller.
Surviving are wife, Connie Miller; sons, Donnie Miller (Laura) of New Hope, and Keith Miller (Shana) of Harvest; daughter, Melissa Pressnell (Brent) of Owens Cross Roads; step-daughter, Ginny Summerlin (Gil) of Guntersville; grandchildren, Chase Miller, Matthew Miller, Brodie Miller, Gavin Brazelton, Zoe Pressnell, Emma Summerlin, and Anna Claire Summerlin; and sister, Connie Dudley (Randy).
A Graveside service will be held at Valhalla Memory Gardens, Monday at 1:00 PM with Baker Shane officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: The Care Center – New Hope, AL or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
