Howard Jack Payne, 85, of Vinemont, passed from this life January 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born January 14, 1936, to William Henry & Ethel Williams Payne. A private memorial service will be planned by the family.

Mr. Payne was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
He is survived by his children Barbara (Lee) Green, Leslie Payne, Howard Payne, Jr., Craig Matthew Payne, Joyce Payne, Christopher (Roxann) Payne, Dennis Carl (Barbara) Payne; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, family and friends.
