Mrs. Gwyneth Dean Jones, age 79, of Smithville, TN, died Thursday, January 07, 2021, at her home. She was born July 23, 1941, in McMinnville, TN, was a homemaker, and member of Green Hill Church of Christ. She was the ‘Yard Sale Queen’ in her day and she loved going to the Dairy Queen. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents James Elmer and Dollie Ellen Greene and her brother Ronnie Greene.
Gwyneth is survived by her husband of 60 years Jack Jones, children Randy (Melissa) Jones, Kevin (Barbara) Jones, and Katie Jones, sisters Linda Jones, Sandra Greene, and Sherry (Randy) Devries, brother Jerry (Misty) Greene, grandchildren Jessica Jones, Chelsey Jones, and A.J. Jones, and great grandchildren Lilly Jones and Jack Baskins.
Graveside service and interment will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 09, 2021, at Bluff Springs Cemetery. Friends will meet at the cemetery. Social distancing and the wearing of face masks is encouraged but not required. The family wants everyone to know they are welcome and please attend if you feel comfortable in doing so.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice or do an act of kindness for someone.
