Visitation will be Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Frost Cemetery.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Haskell Smith; sons, Dewayne (Joan) Smith and Randy (Beth) Smith; daughter, Wanda (Ryan) Nutter; sisters, Marie Lawrence and Betty Whitman; grandchildren, Joshua D. (Jennifer) Smith, Emily Smith, Zoe Smith, Brandi (Johnny) Faucett, Dakota (Jorden) Smith, Cody (Sabrina) Smith, Keshia (Wesley) Thornton and Kimberly Nutter; and great grandchildren, Easton Smith, Caroline Smith, Makenzie Nix, Bradley Faucett, Braxton Faucett, Carragen Smith, Carmen Smith, Brian Higdon and Bianka Hibdon.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde V. & Nettie Bell Smith; 1st wife, Carolyn A. Smith; son, Malcom Ray Smith; daughter, Lisa Carol Smith; and brothers, John L. Smith and William Mitchell Smith.
