Ila Fay Shedd, age 76 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Smith Chapel Cemetery. Randy Key will officiate.
Mrs. Shedd was preceded in death by her Son-Thomas Lee Green; Daughter-Brenda Gail Shedd; Dad-Marlin Lee Johnson; Mom-Lorene Cooksey Johnson; Great Grandchildren-Elizabeth Renea Green and Christopher Lee Cain.
She is survived by her Husband-Willard Earl Shedd, Sr.; Daughters-Readi Fay Green Dusseau (Bob), Doris Ann Shedd Halbrook both of Carbon Hill; Sons-Danny Ray Green of Carbon Hill, Willard (Butch) Earl Shedd, Jr. of Carbon Hill and James William Shedd of Carbon Hill; Brothers-Lewis Ray Johnson of Jasper and William (W.A.) Author Johnson of Carbon Hill; 18 Grandchildren; Host of Great Grandchildren; Host of Great-Great Grandchildren.
