Loretta Ann Jones, 77, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday, January 2.
Loretta graduated from Blanche High School, in Blanche, TN and Berry College in Georgia. Ms. Jones retired from Huntsville City Schools after 31 years of service. She taught at Madison Academy for several years after that.
Loretta is survived by her sisters, Linda Price (Brian) and Janice Renegar (Ben); brothers, Jerry Jones and Mike Jones (Vickie); and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A private graveside service will take place on Wednesday, January 6 at 1 p.m. at Blanche Cemetery in Blanche, TN with Paul Owen officiating. The family will hold a special Celebration of Life for Loretta at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Agape, or the West Huntsville Church of Christ Building Fund.
