Rosco “David” Sides, 73, of Tuscumbia, passed away Dec. 29, 2012.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday Dec. 30, at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral services to begin at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel, with burial to follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Darrell Pace and Brother DeWayne Crumley officiating.
Survivors include his wife of 54 wonderful years, Ann Sides; son, Paul Sides (Tammy); daughters, Sherry Crumley (DeWayne), and Barbara Gaston (Wade); grandchildren, Kaye Taylor, Ryan Crumley (Beth), Josh Taylor (Felicia), Daniel Gaston (Mallory), Jonathan Gaston, Marianne Gaston, Danielle Carter, David Sides and Abby Sides; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Garrett, Rachel and Elijah; brother, Thomas “Buck” Sides (Robbie); sister, Mary Sue Harris (J.C.); a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Josh Taylor, David Sides, Daniel Gaston, Jonathan Gaston, Ryan Crumley and Bo Stanley. Honorary pallbearers are Randy Curtis, Sam McClure and Fred Pendergrass.
Mr. Sides was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Tuscumbia. He served the Lord faithfully for over 40 years.
