Barbara Ann (Smith) Milligan of Gallatin, TN. 1/21/1939-12/29/2020.
Barb passed peacefully at her home with family at her side. Barb of Decatur, IL married Thomas Eugene Milligan on Sept. 2, 1956 in Corinth, MS. They remained together until Toms passing in July of 2013. Married for over 56 years, they raised 5 children. Steve (Lisa) Milligan of Riverview, MI. Brett (Amy) Milligan of Tampa, FL. Brenda (Craig) Wiley of Gallatin, TN. Teresa (Ken) Ely of Goddard, Kansas. Michele Milligan of Gallatin, TN. Barb was also a very proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren, as well as her recently born first Great grandchild. Barb was known by all as a very sweet, kind and gentle soul. She was an amazing wife, mother, Grandmother and human being. Barb will be greatly missed by each and every person lucky enough to have known her.
Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 2nd in Trenton, TN, where she will be by Tom’s side for eternity. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Cancer Society.
