Funeral Services for Ms. Laura Frances Britt, age 84, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 29, 2020, in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Palestine Presbyterian Cemetery. Ms. Britt passed away Friday, December 25, 2020, in Jackson.
Ms. Britt was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoyed TV game shows, reading, and shopping with her family.
Ms. Britt was born April 2, 1936, in Madison County, to the late Audy G. Holder and Lura Moore Holder. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Britt, and two sons, Greg Britt and Daryl Britt. She is survived by one son David A. Britt, four grandchildren: Maranda Haynes, Joshua Britt, Matthew Britt, and Steven Britt (Larissa); three great-grandchildren: Celine Caraway (Dusty), Dylan Haynes, and Evan Britt; and two great-great-grandchildren: Carter and Cash.
