Funeral services for Mrs. Faye Maness, age 71, are scheduled for 2 PM, Sunday, December 27, 2020 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Palestine Pentecostal Cemetery. Mrs. Maness passed away on Tuesday in Lexington. She was born March 3, 1949 in Henderson County to the late Alfred and Annie Grice Waddle. She retired from Johnson Controls after 35 years of employment. She was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. L. T. Waddle and three sisters, Mary Moore, Janie Webb, and Martha Britt. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Mr. James Maness; three sons, Charles Lewis, Jeff Maness, and Brian Maness; two sisters, Kay Galbraith and Bonnie Weaver; six grandchildren, Christopher Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Eric Maness, Steven Maness, Cody Maness, and Toni Howell; and eight great grandchildren, Jayden Lewis, Kinley Lewis, Adalyn Lewis, Richie Lewis, Olivia Maness, Drake Maness, McKenzie Maness, and Delilah Maness. The family requests that all visitors wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.
