Due to the Covid-19 pandemic immediate burial was chosen for Mrs. Irish Maxine Cox, age 93, on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at 10 AN in Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt, TN. Mrs. Cox passed away on Monday at her residence in Horn Lake, MS with her family at her bedside. A Memorial service in her honor will be schedule for a later date.
Mrs. Cox formerly of Humboldt, TN was a retired Secretary and bookeeper for Woodlawn Baptist Church and a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Walls, MS.
Mrs. Cox was preceded in death by: her parents Walter Allen and Florence Corraelia (Blurton) Coker; her husband Troy Cox; two sisters Evelyn Dunlap and Sue Brown; and a brother Jim Coker.
Mrs. Cox is survived by a son Gary Cox of Honr Lake, MS.
