Annette Bankston, age 82 of Cordova, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Union Grove Baptist Church, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Barney Cemetery. Rev. Johnny Franklin will officiate.
Mrs. Bankston was preceded in death by her Son-Danny Bankston; Father-Daniel Sargent; Mother-Ellie Sargent; Brothers-Edward Sargent, Bob Sargent and Earnest Sargent; Sister-Marie Foster.
She is survived by her Husband-Vernon Bankston of Cordova; Daughter-Vicki Bankston Hagood of Oakman; Grandchildren-Heather Jones (Matt), Lynsey Costin (Nick), Savannah Davidson (Jake), Brandon Hagood (Veronica Berg), Candace Bankston and Wade Hagood; Great Grandchildren-Bankston Jones, Chloe Jones, Kennedy Jones and Cranston Davidson.
Pallbearers will be Matt Jones, Jake Davidson, Nick Costin and Brandon Hagood.
Honorary Pallbearers will be her Great Grandsons-Bankston Jones and Cranston Davidson.
