Lloyd Concord, 87, of Tuscumbia, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Visitation will be Friday, December 11, 2020 from 10- 11 a.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He always took great care in his work ethic and providing for his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Retha Nell Concord; parents, Fred and Inez Concord; son, Christopher Fincher; sisters, Lorean Davis and Loretta Crump; and brother, Lonnie Concord.
He is survived by his children, Deborah Kay Jacobs, Albert Concord (Sandy), Dean Concord, Trina Richard, and Kent Concord; grandchildren, Greg Fincher, Nathan Fincher, Jennifer Concord, JoAnn Zagresky, Jessica Glover, Rachel Francis, Andrew Concord, Samantha Jacobs, Christopher Concord, Anthony Richard, and Jaimie Hayes; numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Lavata Woods, Essie Pennington (Morris); brother, James Concord (Sheri); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
