Ruby L. Newell, 79, died Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Southern Magnolia in Golden, MS. She was born in Lawrenceburg, TN to Johnny and Eascie Robinson Taylor. She was retired from banking and attended Pentecostal Faith Church.
Private graveside services will be held at Halltown Cemetery with Bro. Jimmy Massey officiating. Burial will be in Halltown Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangments.
She is survived by her husband-Travis Newell; four sisters-Avis Van Tilburg (William), Pat Taylor Campbell (Malcolm), Betty Quinn (Butch) and Brenda McRae (Terry) and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister-Clara Lindsey and one brother-L.Z. Taylor.
