Joyce Ballew Rosenbaum, 75, of Huntsville, passed away Monday at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernie Ballew; mother, Thelma Ballew; husband, George Rosenbaum; first husband, Charles Proctor; brothers, Jimmy Ballew and Donnie Ballew.
Surviving are sons, Jeff Proctor and Danny Proctor; brother James Ballew and sister-in-law Billie; and sister-in-law Debbie Bellew. She had several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Joyce and George were married for 33 years. They spent many years stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army, and traveled often. Joyce could always be found watching her many bird feeders, and looking for a red cardinal. She enjoyed working for the Senior Center in Huntsville for over 17 years.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 20, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will immediately follow with Pastor Tommy Reid officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Cemetery.
