Dee Waggy, age 67, of Ethridge, TN passed away Monday, November 02, 2020. He was a native of Mount Jolly, NJ, retired truck driver, and a member of Seventh-day Adventist Church. Mr. Waggy served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eula Van Pelt Waggy; and two sisters, Maxine and Anne.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Waggy of Ethridge, TN; three sons, Dwayne Waggy (Leslie) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Loren Waggy (Brittney) of Spring Hill, TN, and Daniel Waggy (Delilah) of Ethridge, TN; three brothers, Mark Waggy of Campbellsville, TN, Ramond Waggy of Texas, and Keith Waggy of Spokane, WA; four sisters, Donna and Debra of Roanoke, VA, Connie of Washington, and Vetta of Virginia; seventeen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday, November 08, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 08, 2020. Interment will follow at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 with full military honors.
