Born September 9, 1956 in Hibbing, MN, son of the late Robert Monroe Jr. and Carol Peterson Monroe. He worked in construction. And was a member of the Chippewa Nation.
He is survived by his brother: Rick (Jill) Monroe of Coeur d’Alene, ID.
