Dudley Cal Barnes Dudley Cal Barnes was born September 3, 1951 in Lee County unto the late Art Barnes Jr. and Mildred Harrell Barnes.  He passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.

At an early age, he joined Ebernezer M. B. Church in Guntown, MS. He was a faithful member and held several positions such as: Deacon, Trustee, President of B.T. U. to name a few. He attended Lee- Prentiss High School and graduated from George Washington Carver High School in Tupelo, MS.  He worked at Day- Brite Lightning Co. in Tupelo, MS for over 50 years. Cal was a very hard working, he enjoyed gardening, farming, fishing and restoring old cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife,  Shirley Morrow Barnes; two daughters, Monica Barnes and Keshia Hill; two sons: Reginal Barnes and Sanchez (Jasmine) Barnes ; three sisters, Marthia McClendon, Cecilia West and Sandra Magee; one brother, Willie E. Barnes. fourteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
