Graveside Services for Mrs. Jaye Gorman age 93, of Lineville, were held Tuesday October 20, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the The Main Post Cemetery, Ft. Benning, GA. Father Bob Benko provided funeral rites for the service.
Mrs. Gorman passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2020 at her home. She was born in Virginia. She spent most of her life traveling with her husband and family as he served our country. After retiring the family moved to Clay County where she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jaye McNulty(Tim) of Lineville and Kathyrn Gorman of Florida; son, Thomas F. Gorman of Lineville; grand-daughter, Nicci Jaye Langford(Aaron) of Lineville and three grandsons; and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Reuben Sorey and Inez Sorey Lux; husband, Thomas A. Gorman; two daughters, Bridget and Esther Gorman and a son Michael Gorman.
Pallbearers will be Tim McNulty, Aaron Langford and Jason Green.
