Evelyn Walker Engle, 60, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Waukegan, IL to Oscar Fred and Cherry Fay Wilson Walker. She was a homemaker and member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Hodges, AL.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 20, 2 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church in Hodges, AL with Bro. Marty Guidry officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years-Clarence Engle; her daughter-Jessie Engle (Sam Guseman); two grandchildren-Lynleigh Faye Guseman and Jayson David Walker and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother-Henry Joey Walker.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 20, 1-2 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church in Hodges, AL
