Edward Levon Jimmerson age 78, of Baileyton passed away Thurs. Oct. 8, 2020, at Huntsville Hospital. Levon was born on April 6, 1942, in Alabama the Son of Emmitt Lee and Cwilla Bannister Jimmerson. He was a retired Nuclear Medicine Technician and was a member of New Hope #2 Baptist Church. He is survived by his Wife: Becky Jimmerson of Baileyton; Son: Carey (Kim) Jimmerson of Madison; Daughter: Tamatha (Scott) Higgins of Hanceville; Grandchildren: Ashton (J.P.) Peacock of Hanceville, Auston (Reavan) Stone of Hanceville, Emily Jimmerson of Madison and Emmitt Jimmerson of Madison; Great Granddaughter: Adalynn Peacock of Hanceville. He was preceded in death by Parents: Emmitt and Cwilla Jimmerson; Sisters: Elaine Shedd, Wanda Yancey and Glenice Harris. Funeral Service will be Sunday Oct. 11, 2020, at 3 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel with Bro. Greg Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Roswell Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-3 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be: Scott Higgins, J.P. Peacock, Auston Stone, Emmitt Jimmerson and Roy Shedd.
