Mr. Fred Johnson
July 18, 1928 – September 6, 2020
Fred Johnson was born July 18, 1928 in Huntingdon, TN to the Late Pillar Barnett and Ada Johnson Hampton.
He departed this earth on Sunday, Sept 6, 2020 at Life Care Nursing Home in Bruceton, TN.
Fred was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church until his health failed. He work many years at Coca Cola Company and also he worked in construction.
Preceded him in death, a son Randy Pearson and a wife Louise Gooch Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters: Emma Nesbitt and Mattie (Ivey ) Jamison, both of Huntingdon, TN; two brothers: Lester (Mary Ellen) Johnson of Huntingdon, TN and Tice (Geneva) Hampton of Columbus, Ohio; three granddaughters: Gwendolyn (Riso) Barrett of Brownsville, TN, Katrina Pearson and Zandra Pearson, both of Memphis, TN. He also had a host of nieces, nephews and two special nieces who helped take care of him: Neci Parker of Huntingdon, TN and Elana (Joseph) Mitchell of Ellenwood, GA. Special cousins Keisha Rivers and Chester Hampton.
