Ms. Book was born June 8, 1955, in Macon, GA, to Roy Lowrance and Arlene Brasell Lowrance. She was employed at Simply Delicious in Decatur.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Roy Fisher of Decatur; two brothers, Roy E. Lowrance (Judith) of Miami, FL and Roger T. Lowrance of Houston, TX; two sisters, Kathy Landis of Decatur and Patty Boldin of Joppa; four nieces, Tricia Lowrance, Alan Burkett, Samantha Burkett, and Shelby Bolton.
