Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of James Robert Liechty. James Robert Liechty, age 77, of Leeds, AL passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Liechty and wife, Rebecca Marie Liechty. Mr. Liechty is survived by his daughter, Marie S. Liechty; son, John R. Liechty (Candy); father, Gerald A. Liechty; sisters, Diane Gilpin (Bill) and Melissa Liechty (Ken Kasweck); granddaughter, Ashley Elizabeth Jackson (Eric). Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Leeds, AL beginning at 10:00AM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church beginning at 9:00AM. Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 at the First United Church, United Church of Christ Cemetery in Belvidere, Tennessee beginning at 1:30PM.
