Sheila Wells Fairbanks, age 50, of Athens, AL passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Loretto, TN, former server and bartender at Logan’s Roadhouse, former dental hygienist, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Malcolm and Helen Purcell; and paternal grandparents, Coy and Ruth Wells.
She is survived by her parents, Dwight and Trish Purcell Wells of Loretto, TN; three sons, Mac Fairbanks, Mason Fairbanks, and Miles Fairbanks, all of Athens, AL; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at a later date with inurnment at Dunn Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
