Melvin Lewuel Jennings, age 93 of New Market passed away at his home on August 8, 2020.
Mr. Jennings is survived by his daughter, Patricia Rodgers; sons, Roger Jennings (Sandi), and Phillip Jennings (Toni); seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and sister, Louise Free.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ida Jennings and his best friend Virginia Whitt Jennings, who he was married to for 64 years, and his son, Gary Jennings.
Visitation is Wednesday, August 12, 2020, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. There will be a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. at Valhalla Memory Gardens officiated by Rev. Patrick Helton
