Charles Winford Burns, 96, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home in Iuka, MS. He is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Lee Burns of Dallas, TX and Ruth Ann Claxton of Anderson, AL; and one brother, J.B. Burns, Jr. of Maud, AL. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. A reflection service in memory of Charles will be Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 3pm at Burns Cemetery in Maud, AL.
