Cremation with memorial services was chosen for Jessica Ann Marie Meade, age 43, who passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 in the Milan General Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 42 Key Senter Rd., Medina, TN at 3-5pm on August 1, 2020 and August 2, 2020
She was preceded in death by her parents, Janet Hasman and Arthur Seybold and a son Benjamin Meade.
Mrs. Meade is survived by her husband, Jamie Meade; two children Andy Meade and Victoria Meade; five siblings, Tammy Bender, Bonnie Seybold, C.J. Hasman, Wesley Hasman and Lee Seybold.
