Wanda Kay Lawson, age 67 of Jasper, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
She was a member of Argo Church of Christ. She is survived by her loving family and friends and a host of nieces, nephews and daycare babies.
Graveside services will be Monday, July 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Bennett Cemetery.
Mrs. Lawson was preceded in death by her Father-Marvin Hicks; Mother-Ruth Wilkerson Hicks; Brothers-Toni Hicks, Larry Hicks, Phillip Hicks, Darvin Hicks, Terry Hicks, Raymond Hicks, Wayne Hicks and Allen Hicks; Sisters-Brenda Rosencrants, Larue Hicks and Denise Bigham; Second Mother-Lanell Hicks; Grandchild-Jacob “Jake” Lawson.
She is survived by her Daughter-Jennifer Lawson Hancock (Brian); Son-Hugh Donnie Lawson, Jr.; Honorary Son-Sammy Cogburn; Sisters-Linda Miller, LaVone “Sis” Whitlow (Terry), Susie Key (Billy), Renee Dawney; Brothers-Jeff Hicks, Daniel Hicks, Kenneth Hicks.
