Clifford F. Miller, age 87 of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Ridgeview Nursing Home.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Dr. Adam Brewer will officiate.
Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his Parents-Zeddie and Pauline Miller; Brother-William Miller; Son-Timothy Joe Miller; Grandson-Joshua Miller.
He is survived by his Wife of 64 years-Maryetta Miller; Daughter-Sandra Rigsby (Mike); Sons-Ken Miller (Karen), Frank Miller (Connie); Sister-Glenda Williams; Grandchildren-Todd Rigsby (Alisha), Eric Rigsby (Brianna), Amy Roquemore (Dustin), Adam Miller (Candace), Mistie Gilliland; 11 Great Grandchildren.
Cliff was a Korean War Veteran, he served as a Conservation officer for Walker County for 29 years before retiring. He loved to fish and hunt and when he could no longer do these, he loved to talk about them.
The family would like to thank Lakewood Assisted Living and Ridgeview Nursing Home for the loving and compassionate care they provided to their father.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Glory Fellowship Baptist Church, 175 Cordova Cutoff Road, Jasper, AL 35501.
