In lieu of flowers, his family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or church of choice.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at the VA Hospital of Memphis, TN, for their excellent care and compassion as well as the staff at Avalon Hospice for their support.  Also, the family is especially grateful for the care, comfort, and friendship given by Betty Hart, Rosetta Burrow, and Pearl Johnson.
