G. Eugene “Gene” NeSmith of Townley, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at his residence. He loved riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, camping and drag racing. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed piddling.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Guthrie Cemetery. Billy Feltman will officiate.
Mr. NeSmith was preceded in death by his First Wife-Sherry NeSmith; Daughter-Loretta “Lori” NeSmith; Grandson-Kristopher NeSmith; Mother and Father-Eula and Grady NeSmith; Brothers-Willy, Marvin and Grover NeSmith; Sisters-Eunice Hall, Florence Holbrook and Shelby Gann.
He is survived by Martha McDonald NeSmith; Sons-Scott NeSmith and Gene NeSmith (Cheryl); Sister-Fran Muro (Tony); Grandchildren-Tosha Robertson (Jeff), Nicole Alexander, Tiffany NeSmith, Christina Hucher (Thom), Alecia NeSmith and Eugene NeSmith; Great Grandbabies-Dalton Alexander, Alexis Alexander, Alianna Ramos, Jenna Robertson, Bryant NeSmith, Thomas Hucher, Kayson Hucher, Payton Hucher, Kaylee NeSmith and Skyler NeSmith.
