Mrs. Mary Ellen Cook of Albertville was born Saturday, May, 6th 1944, and passed away Friday, June 19th at Shepherds Cove Hospice in Albertville. She was 76 years old. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her parents Huston & Lozell Griffith, her husbands, James Smith, and Ron Cook. Mrs. Cook is survived by her Daughter Deidra Patterson, her Special Friend James Scott, Grandchildren Tori Maddox, and Tessa Sumners, and her Great Grandson Dylan Sumners. visitation will be held Monday, June 22, 2020, at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services Will be held at Adams Brown’s Chapel at 2:00 pm on June 22, 2020. Interment will be at New Macedonia Baptist Church in Albertville. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Shepherds Cove Hospice of Albertville in her honor.
