Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Rebecca “Becky” Fulkerson Rampy, age 54 of Estill Springs.  Mrs. Rampy passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday June 14, 2020 at her home while surrounded by her loving family and a multitude of friends.  Above all else, Becky will be remembered for her unending love and devotion to her husband, her sons and daughter. She will also be remembered for her love of family cook-outs, her great sense of humor, her laughs, her sweet giggle and a love for the beach.  Becky was deeply involved in her son’s various sports and made a tremendous number of close friends as a result, becoming a positive force in the lives of all who knew her in any capacity.  It can be said that she never met a stranger.  Becky was a member of the Winchester First United Methodist Church and retired earlier this year from a 30 year career in the Franklin County School System as an educator, most recently at Clark Memorial Elementary School.   She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Michael Rampy; her father, Dave Fulkerson; mother-in-law, Marie Rampy.  She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing her sons, Ryan (Elysia) Rampy of Tullahoma, John Michael Rampy of Estill Springs and Jase Rampy also of Estill Springs; daughter, Lauren Marie (Cameron) Bailey of Winchester; mother, Trula Ridenour Fulkerson of Winchester; sister, Margaret (Andy) Knight of Winchester; brother, Joe Fulkerson of Winchester; father-in-law, John Rampy also of Winchester.  The Rampy family will receive friends at Watson-North funeral Home Thursday June 18 between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m.  The funeral service will be conducted from the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home on Friday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Steve Angus officiating.  Becky will be laid to rest in Watson-North Memorial Park alongside her husband.   Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
