Bertha L. Kivette, age 95, of Hamilton, AL passed away Friday, May 08, 2020 at Marion Regional Nursing Home. She was born Wednesday, September 03, 1924 in Alexander City, Alabama to William Sutherland and Willie Pearl Wolf Sutherland.
Visitation will be on Monday, May 11, 2020 from 12-2 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Ricky Mann officiating. Burial will be at Old Bethel Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Kivette; children, Martha Kivette, John Kivette; parents, William and Willie Pearl Kivette and eight sibling.
She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Glenda Morris, Faye Nichols (husband, Jerry), Annette Rea (husband, Danny), Ron Kivette; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a host nieces, nephews and friends.
Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
