FLORENCE-For convenience, the Florence Utility drive-thru hours will be extended on Thursday, April 30, Friday, May 1, Monday, May 4, and Tuesday, May 5, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
To help customers who are currently impacted by the COVID-19, Florence Utilities will extend drive-thru hours during the beginning of the month. City Hall lobby remains closed and bills may be paid through the drive-thru, dropbox (Short Court St./Side entrance), or online at https://ebiz.florenceutilities.com/.
While disconnections and late fees are currently being waived through April 30, it is recommended for customers impacted to contact our Collections Department at 256-760-6525 to get specific information on individual circumstances, arrange for extensions, and schedule payment options.
