Eunice Gee Morris, age 72 of Cowan passed away on Sunday April 12, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. Morris was born in Franklin County on January 1, 1948 to the late Aleick John and Betty Jean Boswell Kelley. She owned and operated Gee’s Daycare and loved to receive visits from her “day kids” that had grown up. In her free time she greatly enjoyed playing bingo, watching the Food Network, or reading Romance novels. Mrs. Morris will always be remembered as being a caring and generous person. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Thomas Morris; siblings, Sharon Kelley, Patty Kelley, Johnny Kelley; children, Sharon Gee, John W. Gee, and Candy Gee. She is survived by her sons, Richard (Tina) Gee of Winchester, Joseph “Joe” (Ronda) Gee of Winchester; 15 grandchildren; 25 great Grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Bobby) Kelley, William (Billy) Kelley, Jimmy Kelley; sisters, Lisa Fult, Kathy Mikolasczyk, Kristine Brewer; a host of nieces and nephews; and her young puppy named Baby Girl. A special thank you to Caydee Mathews for all of her help and for being there. A private Family graveside service at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Huntland will be held.
