Tammy Jo Smallwood 55, of Decatur passed away Wednesday April 8, 2020 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born July 25, 1964 in Athens, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Smallwood; one sister, Gina Black; and one brother, Jimmy Lewter; also several nieces and nephews. Due to COVID-19 a memorial service will be planned at a later date. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
