Jewel Jackson Lakeman, age 86, Haleyville, AL. passed away Saturday April 4, 2020. She was a retired Winston County Court Clerk and member of First United Methodist Church in Haleyville, AL.

She is survived by her husband, William E. Lakeman; daughters, Robin Jackson McClung, her husband Keith, Karen Jackson Duke, her husband Lester and Kathy Jackson Barber, her husband Chester; sister, Francis Albright; grandchildren, Jason Colburn, Season Crumpton, Miranda Medlock, Alma Barber and Lewis Barber; great grandchildren, Hunter Colburn, Kaitlyn Colburn, Abba Crumpton, Lola Crumpton and Jackson Medlock; step-sons, Dale Lakeman, John Lakeman, Tom Lakeman, Mike Lakeman and Jeff Lakeman; a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Clara Hamby; first husband, Melvin Jackson; sisters and brothers, Lorene Martin, Hazel Lovett, Fayrene Bell, Mildred McCrary, Charlie Hamby, Etsel Hamby and Barbara Godsey.
