Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Stevie Helton, age 46 of Belvidere. A native of Salisbury, MD., he moved with his parents to Franklin County at the age of two. He graduated from Franklin County High School in the class of 1992. He worked for Elite Construction and had most recently worked diligently in building the outdoor exam room for Sewanee Pediatrics. He will be forever remembered by his family as a devoted father, step-father, devoted husband and “World-Class” uncle, taking every opportunity to watch his numerous children, step-children, nieces and nephews as they participated in their sports activities. Friends and family alike will remember his generosity and his compassionate heart and personal commitment to help others in their time of need. Mr. Helton is preceded in death by his father, Robert Leonard Helton, Sr.; niece, Lexie May Ladd; nephew, Aiden May. He leaves to cherish his memory and forever mourn his passing, his wife, Julie King of Belvidere; sons, Gage Releford of Estill Springs and Korbin Helton of Belvidere; mother, Bonnie Bolden of Winchester; step-children, Callie Cantrell, Chloe Cantrell and Kyler Cantrell, all of Belvidere; brothers, Robbie (Chasity) Helton and Andy (Amy) Bolden; half-sisters, Tracy Riley and Shelly Helton.
