Blake James Smith, 4 days old, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Blake was born March 11, 2020 to Michael Cason Smith and Hannah Beth Morris-Smith.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Randy Johnson and Larry Morris officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 1:50 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Smith and Hannah Beth Morris-Smith; grandparents, Jessica Morris (Rotonda Pitts) and George Smith, Florrie Smith; great grandparents, Larry Morris and Annette Lennox; several aunts and uncles.
Preceded in death by his granddaddy, Cory Morris; great grandmother, Phyllis Morris; grandmother, Sandra Lee Gatlin Smith; great grandfathers, Joe Allen Lunsford and David Michael Campbell.
Pallbearers are Chad Morris and Josh Smith.
